I’ve found the product that I want but the curve and/or flex is not in stock.
We try our best to keep inventory available but there may be some times where a particular item is out of stock and on order. Send us an email and we can help notify you of when the product will be available.

How long does delivery take?
Order is processed and prepared for shipment same day if received by 3PM PST. Standard shipping times are 3-5 days depending on delivery address. Certain holiday schedules may take longer than the suggested times due to USPS / Fedex limitations.

I'm still not sure which product I need after reading the Clutch FIT section?
We are here to help. Do not hesitate to reach out to us via email. We want to make sure all questions and concerns are addressed before you make your purchase from us. You don't want to have any doubts once you receive our great products and spend more time using them.

Can I track my order ?
Tracking information will be provided once shipment label is printed and processed for delivery. The tracking information can be ran through USPS or Fedex web portal for most updated status. If you are still not able to find the information, please feel free to contact us with your order number.

Why am I not able to checkout with my credit card on the website?
We apologize and will continue to work hard to integrate the payment process to provide you a smooth purchasing experience. The invoice that you receive for payment will only be issued by beclutch.me and is processed in a secure server where your data will remain safe.
